Refund policy

At Vaarin Jewellery, every piece is crafted with care and love. Please read our policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Returns We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The return request must be raised within 3 days of the delivery date
  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging
  • To initiate a return, please write to us at hellovaarin@gmail.com and our team will guide you through the process

2. Refund Policy We currently do not process monetary refunds. However, all eligible returns will be happily settled in the form of store credits, which you can use towards your next purchase on vaarin.in.

3. Non-Refundable Charges Please note that the following charges are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances:

  • Shipping charges
  • Taxes and duties paid at the time of purchase

Store credits, if issued, will only reflect the product value and will not include shipping or tax amounts.

4. Damaged Items If you have received a damaged item, we will replace it at no additional cost, subject to the following:

  • An unboxing video is mandatory as proof of receiving a damaged item
  • The video must clearly show the sealed package being opened and the damaged product inside
  • Please share the unboxing video along with your order details at hellovaarin@gmail.com within 3 days of delivery
  • Claims without an unboxing video will not be entertained

5. Exchanges We're happy to help with exchanges under the following conditions:

  • Exchange requests must be raised within 3 days of the delivery date
  • To initiate an exchange, please write to us at hellovaarin@gmail.com
  • Our team will guide you through the exchange process step by step
  • Exchanges are subject to product availability

6. Store Credits Store credits issued for returns or exchanges can be used towards any future purchase on vaarin.in. Credits are non-transferable, have no cash value, and expire 6 months from the date of issue.
